By using TransWorks' Transportation Management Solutions, CPR is able to implement a customer friendly solution in a timely and cost efficient manner.

TransWorks' Transportation Management Solutions include integrated modules that streamline Pricing, Customer Service, Dispatch, Equipment Management and Customer/Vendor interfaces. TransWorks' Business Process Automation combines Document/Event management with Customer/Vendor Profiles to drive automated Invoicing and Settlement.

The new software system will not only allow CPR to simplify its Intermodal processes through one transportation management system, but will significantly enhance shipment visibility. A single source of intermodal data will provide consistent information and will reduce paperwork and errors.
